Medication adherence software.Doctors prescribe, patients follow, you see everything
Trusted by clinics across India and built for the way Indian practices actually run.
Built for the clinics and practices that run India's day-to-day care
Your patients aren't
ignoring you on purpose
They forget. A dose at 2pm lands in the middle of a work shift. A five-day course stops on day three because the fever went. Nobody tells you — you find out at the follow-up, or you don't find out at all.
Paper prescriptions have no feedback loop. Silently. Without explanation.
Rx · Acute bronchitis
From prescription to taken,
without the paperwork
Three roles, one clean loop. Nobody has to learn new software.
01 · The doctor prescribes
Pick medicines from your clinic's catalogue, set the schedule once, publish. Three-times-daily for five days becomes fifteen timed reminders — automatically.
02 · The patient gets reminded
A clean, phone-first schedule. No app store, no learning curve. Every dose pings at the right time. One tap: taken, snooze, or skip.
03 · The clinic sees the truth
Real adherence, not guesswork. Who's on track, who's slipping, which medicines get skipped and when. Repeated misses get flagged.
Everything a clinic needs.
Nothing it doesn't.
A dosing engine that does the maths
Once daily, every eight hours, twice a week, custom times — describe the regimen and the schedule builds itself, to the minute, in the patient's own timezone.
- Every frequency pattern, including custom
- Before/after food and per-dose instructions
- Editing never rewrites a patient's history
Your own medicine catalogue
Admins curate a master list — brand, generic, strength, form, default instructions. Doctors just pick from a dropdown. No typos, no wrong strengths.
- Centrally managed, instant for every doctor
- Auto-fills strength, form and instructions
- Hide or retire a medicine in one click
Adherence you can act on
Per-patient, per-medicine, per-day. Missed-dose patterns by hour, so you can move a dose that never gets taken. Repeated slips alert the doctor automatically.
- Clinic-wide and per-patient dashboards
- Automatic missed-dose alerts
- Spot the exact hour patients forget
The app your patients
will actually open
No download, no account setup, no password to forget. A link, a code, and their whole schedule is there. Add to home screen and it behaves like a native app.

Clinics & polyclinics
A shared medicine catalogue, every doctor's patients in one place, and an admin who controls plans, billing and access.
Patients & families
A calm schedule that just says what to take and when. No jargon, no app store.
Doctors who stopped guessing
"The gap was never the prescription — it was everything after it. For the first time I can see whether the medicine actually got taken."
"My diabetic patients used to drift after week two. Now I get an alert on day three and a phone call fixes it."
"Setup took an afternoon. The medicine catalogue alone removed every strength-related error our front desk used to make."
Your questions, answered.
Do patients need to download an app?
No. It runs in the browser and installs to the home screen like an app — no app store, no approval, nothing to update.
How do patients sign in?
A doctor adds them, which emails a link. They sign in with a one-time code sent to their email, or set a password once and skip the code.
Can one patient see more than one doctor?
Yes. A patient can be linked to several doctors, and every prescription clearly shows who prescribed it.
What happens when a prescription changes?
Only future doses are rebuilt. Everything the patient already logged stays exactly as it was, so adherence history is never rewritten.
Is our data safe?
Passwords and one-time codes are hashed, every action is audit-logged, and doctors only ever see their own patients. Run a DPDP compliance review before launch — the technical controls are already in place.
